We allocate an experienced Contracts Manager to each project who acts as a single point of contact, maintaining continuity of service and proactively anticipating any future requirement

Much of our success is down to our stringent recruitment processes.

Our recruitment processes is thorough including an initial interview over the telephone followed by the take up of two references. If successful the construction operative is invited for a face to face interview and registration for work. At this point all documentation is checked to ensure all workers are legally entitled to work in the UK. Only a select number of applicants make it to the SkillMatch "Suitable to put to work" list.

On going Feedback .

Our 'Leave Feedback' facility allows clients, to rate the work of the contractors they have used. This together with our initial vetting process takes the guess work and risk out of using our service.
